SPECIAL DIETS

All events at The Halliwell Jones Stadium are managed by Centerplate, an independent British catering company with over 45 years’ experience and experts in delivering first class events.

As with all events, some guests may have a special dietary requirement. We would recommend putting a note on your invitations asking anyone who has got a special dietary requirement to let you know what foods they need to avoid, and our chefs will create a dish especially for them.

TAILOR MADE EVENTS

This is your event, so if you have something specific in mind, just let us know and our Chefs can work alongside you to help create the right food that would fit your event perfectly.

DRINKS

Why not incorporate a drinks package into your event?
Whether it’s an arrival drink to make your guests feel welcome, wine served during the meal or a bottled beer package on each table its entirely up to you.

Ian Hill

Hi, I am Ian Hill and I am the Head Chef at The Halliwell Jones Stadium, home of the Warrington Wolves.

My passion for food started back while at the Halton College some time ago.

After I was finished there I went through a learning process in several restaurants developing A la Carte menus for a couple of years. I then moved into what I though a more complex service, so that I could expand my knowledge; and I got into restaurant and function rooms service.

I also developed wedding venues menus and other culinary aspects of my trade for almost 10 years before I started here with the Warrington Wolves. 

I joined The Halliwell Jones team as a sous chef back in October 2004 and was promoted to the role of head chef in January 2007.  I enjoy the variety that this job role offers and the opportunity it gives me to create new recipes for our guests.

Proud to say I love the food we offer and the passion we transmit through our service.
