CORPORATE EVENTS & MEETINGS

We offer a wide range of flexible rooms available, with The Martin Dawes Stand being the largest venue in Warrington, accommodating up to 400 delegates and extremely popular for conferences. 

The fully accessible multi-purpose facilities all have natural daylight and lend themselves to a wide range of events from corporate hospitality, conferences, seminars, product launches, exhibitions and training.

All rooms are pitch facing presenting you with a stunning view of the ground.

The food delivered at your corporate event is top-notch and prepared by our specialist trained chefs. The menu on the day can be tailored to suit your requirements whether you require simple refreshments, light lunches, hot or cold buffets or a sit down meal.

WEDDINGS

We are on hand to plan your special day! Bespoke wedding packages, a superb venue with a large selection of function rooms and highly trained events team means that planning your ideal wedding will be a breeze.

We're also licensed for pitch-side ceremonies for a truly unique wedding. For Warrington Wolves fans, the best day of your life just got better!

Your own wedding co-ordinator will meet you before the big day to discuss everything and plan it all with you - from chair covers, room decoration and entertainment to all those finishing touches. And your own event manager will be there on the day itself.

Whatever you need, we will endeavor to make it happen ... whether it's our chefs' mouthwatering choice of menus, arranging flowers, entertainment, or photographers - whatever you need to make your wedding perfect!


PROMS & leaver BALLS

Look no further, celebrate your prom or leavers ball at no other than The Halliwell Jones Stadium! We've put together the perfect package to make sure your night is one to remember. It can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget. All you need to do is bring us your ideas and we'll do our best to make them a reality!

Our specialist events planners will provide everything to make your prom night special, with arrival drinks, red carpet treatment, three course meal and a fantastic disco. 

Our Prom package includes: 

Arrival drink, 3 course set menu, Disco, Balloon clusters on each table, Red carpet, Table linen in colour of client’s choice for only £30.00 per person Including VAT. Minimum numbers apply.

EXECUTIVE HOSPITALITY BOXES

Situated in the North Stand, our range of executive hospitality boxes are available for corporate or private hire. All boxes face towards the stunning pitch, giving you the perfect backdrop for either a daytime or evening event.

Each room can be dressed to suit your requirements and set up for interviews, meetings or a small board meeting. You can also hire more than one box; additionally they make great syndicate or break out rooms.

We have 13 executive boxes in total; three of which can hold up to 20 delegates for a formal dinner or 15 in a boardroom style. All our Executive Hospitality Boxes have Disabled access.

These boxes offer two usage options: Boardroom and Banquet with a mixed capacity between 10 and 15 persons per box.

MARTIN DAWES STAND

Comfortably the largest events venue in Warrington, the multi-functional Martin Dawes Stand can accommodate up to 400 guests.

Perfect for all kinds of conferences and events, its versatility means there is no limit to how it can be dressed and themed.

All you have to do is share your vision with us and we will endeavour to make it a reality.

With a central dance floor, stage area and two bars, this suite is most commonly used for wedding receptions, learning activities, banqueting occasions, parties, conferences, auctions and small exhibitions.

With all of this comes a dedicated events team, first class service and specially designed menus.

HALL OF FAME LOUNGE

The Hall of Fame Lounge is the ideal venue for a range of corporate events including meetings, training sessions, board meetings and mini conferences. 

We are not limiting this venue to corporate events. With its ceiling to floor windows overlooking the stunning pitch, this light and airy events room is perfect for private dining.

The room is not called the Hall of Fame Lounge for nothing. Covering the walls are portraits of past Warrington Wolves players, providing a truly unique and interesting function room.

MIKE GREGORY LOUNGE

The Mike Gregory Lounge is a small, pitch-facing venue; the ideal setting for small business meetings, intimate dinners or for use as a break out or refreshment area.

This lounge's namesake is none other than the former Warrington Wolves and Great Britain captain, who had a distinguished career in the Rugby League.

Accommodating up to 130 guests, these two interconnecting suites are ideal for conferences, small business meetings, wedding receptions and much more.

They are often used in conjunction with each other, with the Omega Access North used as a syndicate, breakout or refreshment area.
